Please continue to work on your ‘Herrontown Woods Community Appreciation Collage’ projects!

A new collection date, a bit farther out, will be shared soon.

A new deadline will be announced soon for the project. For now, if you have not finished your project, please continue to work on it!

For those that have finished, we will be collecting tiles on Saturday, April 13th, during the Herrontown Woods Earth Day celebration - bring your projects to May’s Café in the Barden on April 13th.

Drop off on Saturday, April 13th at May's Café:

• Bring your wrapped tiles to May’s Café at the Barden gazebo. Write your name on the back of the tile, on the edge that will be the top. Include a short description of your tile or experience on a separate piece of paper (3-5 words for younger children). Tape the description to the back of your tile.

Can't get there on April 13th? No worries! Please follow these instructions for drop-offs:

• Leave your safely wrapped tile(s) in a bag with handles for hanging on the doorknob at Hope’s porch (25 Madison Street). Write "For Hope VanCleaf" on the outside of the bag. 

• Write your name on the back of the tile, on the edge that will be the top.

• Include a short description of your tile or experience on a separate piece of paper (3-5 words for younger children). Tape the description to the back of your tile.

• Text or email me to let me know you dropped off your tile(s).

Once all the tiles are collected, they will be carefully arranged and affixed to a backing, creating a beautiful testament to our appreciation for Herrontown Woods.

Save the Date (date and location coming soon): All participants will be invited to a special collage reveal celebration this fall, where participants will share and applaud the completed masterpiece together!
