Join us outside the Veblen House for joyful, brain-boosting outdoor play!
Designed for children 1.5 - 8 years and their caregivers, we engage in open-ended, child-led exploration with irresistible invitations to play using the Tinkergarten curriculum. Each class combines early learning science with timeless wisdom about nature and childhood. Stimulating and calming in equal parts, the outdoors provides a perfect environment for kids’ sensory systems, activating their focus and joy for learning.
Classes are held on the first Sunday of every month. This donation-based class benefits FOHW.

This is an outdoor event on the lawn near Veblen House.
Parking: There is a small parking lot near the Veblen House off Herrontown Road here; overflow parking will be available at the Herrontown Woods parking lot near the Botanical Art Garden. CANCELS EVENT**
