We are so excited to resume the Saturday morning, donation-based, outdoor yoga classes led by Gemma Farrell of Gratitude Yoga! Meet at 11 am in front of the historic Veblen House for an uplifting Vinyasa flow session to celebrate our connection to nature and to one another.
Open to all levels of yoga practice, and modifications are welcome. Those new to yoga are encouraged to rest or adjust the postures and pace as necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat to the class, along with a water bottle and sunscreen.

Parking Options: To park close to where we will be practicing, please enter the Veblen House driveway at 452 Herrontown Road and join us on the lawn in front of Veblen House. If you would like to take a meditative walk before class, please arrive a few minutes early and park in the lot at Snowden Lane opposite the entrance to Smoyer Park. Follow the Orange Trail for an 8-minute walk to the Veblen House.
