We will meet outdoors in front of the historic Veblen House for an uplifting Vinyasa flow session to celebrate our connection to nature and to one another. Open to all levels of yoga practice, and modifications are welcome. Those new to yoga are encouraged to rest or adjust the postures and pace as necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat to the class.
Led by Gemma Farrell of Gratitude Yoga, these weekly Vinyasa yoga classes are offered on a “donation-basis”, meaning they are free, with all donations generously going to benefit the Friends of Herrontown Woods. More about Gratitude Yoga…
